Section 2. Any sub-contracting of work shaii not result in a layoff for a period of one (1) <br />year, after the date of the sub-contract. <br />ARTICLE 27 - LONGEVITY PAY <br />Section 1. All fuli-time employees hired prior to January 1,1987 shall receive longevity pay <br />as additionai compensation computed on annual salary as foilows: <br />4% after employee completes five (5) years, <br />5% after employee compietes ten (10) years, <br />6% after employee comp{etes fifteen (15) years, <br />7% after employee completes twenty (20) years. <br />Section 2. All fuil-time employees hired after January 1,1987 shall receive longevity pay <br />as additionai compensatian to their annual salary as foliows: <br />$325 after employee completes five (5) years; <br />$600 after employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$825 after employee compietes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1000 after empioyee completes twenty (20) years <br />ARTICLE 28- AFSCME CARE PLAN <br />Section 1. The City shaii continue to participate in the American Federation of State, <br />County and Municipai Employees Care Plan, for ail full-time employees in the bargaining unit <br />represented by the Union.
