17. Keep all records of projects, ordinances, meetings and complaints. <br />18. Performs general clerical tasks such as filing, faxing and copying infoRnation. <br />19. Operate LEADS/NCIC and CRIS computer as well as CAD computer. <br />SPECIAL SKILLS. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:. <br />Skilis in typing, word processing and use of a computer. Knowledge of payroli procedures <br />and emptoyee time records. Knowledge of general office procedures. Knowledge of assigned <br />departmental policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectiveiy and exercise <br />professional telephone etiquette. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including <br />computers (Microsoft Worcl, Excel, Access), and other software programs. Ability to work <br />independently with minimum supervision. Ability to handle highly confidential information in a <br />responsible manner, and to deal effectively with public and other City employees.
