ARTTCLE 4 - UNNORMS <br />Section 1. Police Secretaries within the Police Department shall be required to wear uniforms <br />in accordance with the regulations of the Police Department. Police Department Secretaries shail <br />be required to purchase the prescribed uniform. The City shall pay the foilowing amount as <br />clothing ailowance to such employees: <br />1998 - Four hundred doliars ($400.00) <br />1999- Five hundred dollars ($500.00) . <br />2000- Six hundred doilars ($600.00) <br />The aforementioned clothing aliowance shall be paid in the month of December each year of this <br />agreement. Employees transferred, promoted andlor newly hired shall receive the listed clothing <br />aliowance within thirly (30) days foilowing the effective date of the transfer, promotion or hiring <br />date. . <br />ARTICLE 5- ACCUMULATED OVERTIlVIE HOUR.S <br />6.4 on January 15, Aprii 15, July 15 and October 15 of each year, each member of the <br />Police Department shali be paid for all overtime hours accumulated in excess of one hundred <br />twenty (120) hours for the three (3) calendar month period immediately prior to the above dates <br />of January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15. Any payment as set forth above shali be paid <br />at the rate of pay applicable to each empioyee according to his Police Department classification, <br />and payments shail include longevity eamed. <br /> <br />ems:opeiu/1794af1-cio -60- <br />??,
