The <br />employee attending such approved traininq school out ot the City, <br />shall be reimbursed for lunch in an amount not to exceed $4.00 <br />per day by the Emplayer, upon presentation of a receipt for such <br />lunch. The employee attending such training school shall be paid <br />mileage expense for the use of his personal vehicle in accordance <br />with the IRS approved rate or he may be provided a vehicle owned <br />by the Employer. <br />SECTION 2: Whenever an eiaployee requires training in <br />dispatch, the designated traiaing dispatcher will reCeive and <br />additional two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per year. A <br />minimum of two (2) employees will be designated as train3.ng <br />dispatchers. These designated training dispatchers shall anly be <br />compensated for any year for which they were actuall.y designated <br />training dispatchers and training is required. The <br />aforementioned payment shall be made durinq the first pay period <br />of January, each year of this Agreement for previous year service <br />as a designated training dispatcher. Payment will be made by <br />separate check providing any other bargaining unit of the City <br />receives similar payment by separate check. <br />SECTION 3: The Employer shall pay an additional amount, as <br />listed below, to each full-time, trained, non-probationary <br />1\Y . <br />Emergency Central Dispatcher: <br />24
