A breech of this <br />Section may be grounds for discipI.ine. The OPBA shall not be held <br />liable for the unauthorized activity of the employees it <br />represents or its members who are in breach of this sectian, <br />provided that the OPBA meets al.l of its obligations under this <br />Article. <br />SECTION 3: The OPBA shall, at all times, cooperate with the <br />Employer in continuing operations in a normal manner and shall <br />actively discourage and attempt to prevent any violation of the <br />"no-strike" clause. <br />In the event of a viol.ation of the "no-stri.ke" clause, the <br />OPBA shall promptly notify all employees in a reasonable manner <br />that the strike, work stoppage or slowdown, or other urilawfu2 <br />interference with normal -operations of the Employer is in <br />violation of this Agreement, unlawful and not sanctianed or <br />approved by the OPBA. The OPRA shall advise the employees to <br />return to work immediately. <br />SECTION 4: The Employer shall not lock out any employees for <br />. <br />the duration of this Agreement. <br />4 <br />
