? ,*: <br />(b) The classifications as indicated in subsection (a) hereof sha11 be defined as follows: <br />1) Single-familv residential. All residential structures used and maintained as <br />single-family residences which shall include single-family and two-family <br />structures, two-story attached condominium structures, as well as other <br />structures pemutted to be kept and maintained in the zoning classification <br />designated Residence District as specified in the City Zoning Code. This <br />classific,ation shall also include churches, schools and other similar institutions, <br />all of which are permitted in a Residence District under the City Zoning Code. <br />2) Multi-family residential. All residential structures used and maintained as <br />apartment houses, boarding houses, motels, hotels and condominiums in <br />excess of two stories, which shall include all apartment structures which house <br />and maintain more than two-family units, boarding houses, motels, hotels and <br />condominiums in excess of two stories. <br />3) Commercial establishments. All structures kept and maintained for the <br />carrying on of commerce either wholesale or retail, which shall include all <br />structures kept and maintained in accordance with the uses permitted by the <br />zoning classifications of local retail, general retail and limited industry and <br />well as office buildings. <br />(c) The City will provide refuse pick-up service for single-family residential structures, <br />multi-family residential structures and commercial establishments in accordance with the following <br />regulations: <br />1) Single-family residential. The City will provide refuse pick-up service for <br />singlerfamily residences in accordance with schedules and regulations adopted <br />by the Department of Public Service. All refuse shall be placed in either <br />twenty-gallon coritainers or plastic bags or other containers acceptable to the <br />Director of Public Service. Such containers when full sha11 not exceed si}rty <br />pounds each in weight and shall be placed along the dedicated right of way or <br />right of way to be dedicated in the future, prior to the time of scheduled <br />collection. <br />2) Multi-family residential. The City will provide refuse pick-up service for <br />multi-family residential structures provided that the owner or agent of the <br />owner shall first pay to the City one dollar ($1.00) per week per dwelling unit <br />in advance, payable quarterly, for such service. All refuse shall be placed in <br />either twenty-gallon containers or pla.stic bags or other containers acceptable <br />to the Director of Public Service. Each dwelling unit shall be limited to four <br />containers, which containers when full sha11 not exceed sixty pounds each in <br />weight, and a11 containers shall be placed along the side of dedicated right of <br />way or right of way to be dedicated in the future, prior to the time of <br />scheduled collection. <br />,- r'__ .
