The City will provide refuse pick-up service for <br />commercial establishments proyided that the commercial establishment sha11 <br />first pay to the City three dollars ($3.00) per week per establishment, in <br />advance, payable quarterly, for such service. All refuse sha11 be placed in <br />either twerny-gallon containers or plastic bags, or other containers acceptable <br />to the Director ofPublic Service. Each establishment sha11 be limited to four <br />containers, which containers when full shall not exceed sixty pounds each in <br />weights, and all containers shall be placed along the side of the dedicated right <br />of way or right of way to be dedicated in the future, prior to the time of <br />scheduled collection." <br />(d) The Director of Public Service shall notify a11 individuals or corporations within the <br />classifications specified in subsections (b)(2) and (3) hereof, and it sha11 be the duty of a11 of the <br />individuals or corporations so notified to pay to the Director of Finance of the City the advance <br />quarterly payment as specified in subsections (c)(2) and (3) hereof. In the event the Director of <br />Finance does not receive the required payment, the Director of Public Service shall direct the Service <br />Department to refrain from providing refuse pick-up service to those who neglected to pay the <br />property amount. <br />be and the same is hereby amended, and, as amended, sha11 read as follows: <br />"941.01 CLASSIFICATIONS ESTABLISHED. <br />(a) There are hereby established three distinct classifications relating to the collection of <br />refuse which shall be designated as follows: <br />Single-family residential; <br />Multi-family residential; and <br />Commercial. <br />(b) The classifications as indicated in subsection (a) hereof shall be defined as follows: <br />1) Single-family residential. All residential structures used and maintained as <br />single-family residences which shall include single-family and two-family <br />structures, two-story attached condominium structures, as well as other <br />structures permitted to be kept and maintained in the zoning classification <br />designated Residence District as specified in the City Zoning Code. This <br />classification shall also include chwches, schools and other similar institutions, <br />all of which aze permitted in a Residence District under the City Zoning Code. <br />2) Multi-family residential. All residential structures used and maintained as <br />apartment houses, boarding houses, motels, hotels and condominiums in <br />excess of two stories, which shall include all apartment structures which house <br />and maintain more than two-family units, boarding houses, motels, hotels and <br />condominiums in excess of two stories. <br />3) Commercial establishments. All structures kept and maintained for the <br />carrying on of commerce either wholesale or retail, which shall include all <br />
