bargaining unit's role as a participant in the aforementioned committee shall be advisory <br />only. <br />12.7 All changes affecting the plan coverage's co-payments, deductibles, <br />providers, enrollment periods and regulations will be shared with the bazgaining unit <br />prior to making such changes. <br />It is further agreed that if any bargaining unit employed by the City of North <br />Olmsted, in negotiations held subsequent to this Agreement and for the same time period <br />covered under this Agreement, negotiates to conclusion a lower percentage of employee <br />contribution to the Health Insurance Plan, that lower percentage sha11 apply to the units <br />covered under this Agreement. Said lower percentage Shall commence under this <br />Agreement at the time that it is agreed upon by another unit, and shall continue for the <br />remaining years covered under this Agreement. <br />12.8 The employer will secure a commercial insurance policy whereby any <br />bazgaining unit member icilled in the line of duty shall receive to lus spouse or estate, a <br />payment of $50,000. Such payment will be made in accordance with the terms of the <br />commercial plan. <br />12.9 The city shall make a reasonable effort within six (6) months of this <br />agreement to cause to be implemented the current Health Caze Plan as a qualified Plan <br />under Section 125 of the Intemal Revenue Code. <br />(18) <br />
