??.
.
Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens
February 13, 1998
Mr. Ralph H. Bohimann, Director
Department of Public Service
City of North Olmsted
5200 Dover Center Road
North Oimsted, Ohio 44070-3129
Dear Ralph:
We are most pleased to submit the attached proposal for the Old Town Hall Renovation / ADA
Compliance project. It is our understanding that this project will enable the main floor of this historic
structure to become a usable facility for city services and the community. This proposal is being
presented through a merger of DICKSON Associates, Inc. with Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens. Claire
Dickson has joined our firm as an associate to continue to provide superb professional services through
lasting partnerships with our clients. Both firms have a history of producing work that fully meets the
requirements of each individual client and creates lasting value for both the sponsoring organization and
the community.
The approach of the combined firms is to meet the specific needs of the City of North Olmsted and
enhance the environment of the community you serve. In our total of over 60 years of architectural and
planning experience, we have demonstrated an unending commitment to excellence within a full range of
projects: municipal buildings, recreational faciiities, health care facilities, specialized housing, and
institutional and commercial buildings. We believe that this consolidation will allow us to serve our clients
in new and even better ways and look forward to working with you as we move into our new arrangement
We will act as your representative to make sure your requirements are met and the quality of your final
product meets the highest standards. We will, in effect become an extension of your staff - keeping you
fully informed of the progress of the project and respond to your questions and concerns without delay.
We check and double check to make sure all information is accurate and the work is proceeding
according to your wishes.
I am also enclosing a current brochure of information, which includes project examples for DICKSON
Associates Inc. and Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens and resumes of our key staff. We look forward to
getting started on this project as soon as possible. If you have any questions or concerns please contact
me at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Richard T Parker, AIA
Schmidt Copeland Parker Stevens
tichard T.
