Research and procure all appropnate records and pcrfortn a11 field surveys to <br />estabiish the horizontal and vertical control and alignment for the gmposed <br />imptovements. This shall include locating all improvements with respect to <br />adjacent property lines. <br />• b. Obtain all pemnent informacion regazdinQ the present conditions at the site <br />with respect to exisrin¢ inscallation or othtr conditions relevant to the desiQn. <br />3. P-re-pes,igu Szs?g?.: <br />a. Coordination of owner-supplied data, including Engineering Department <br />requirements. <br />b. Pmentation to the Citv of preliminary layout plans budget and schedule far <br />review. <br />4. Oraftinp. 5eryic_; <br />a. Prepare plan and detail sheecs at appropnate scaies on 24" x 36" sheeu. A11 <br />survey points aze to be lncluded on the drawing. Show all storm and sanitary <br />utilities in plan and protile. <br />b. All final plans will be reviewed by the City. Submit two (2) intenm copies of <br />the plan sheets for review. <br />c. All desip drawings and desip details shall be done using an electronic <br />program which is compatible with the AutoCADO Version 12 Program. Hard <br />copies of all desip drawings and desip dctails shall be submittcd to the City <br />along with a diskette or diskettes, if necessary, formatted in AutoCADC) <br />Version 12 containing a file for each final design drawing and finai desip <br />detail prepared during the pmject. <br />
