The work consisted of reconstruction and widening of East Cary Street, <br />improvecnents to East Main and Easc Franklin Streets, and north-south streets from 21st <br />co 26th Streec and relocation of Dock Street. The design also included the necessary <br />inlets, catch basins and drainage facilities, udlity rearrangements, handicapped access <br />ramps, skid resistance pavement. specifications and cost estimates. <br />Prolect Manager: Ohio I-480, Cleveland Urban Section.
