Page 3 Mayor Ed Boyle City of North Olmsted C. Construction Services ? April 24, 1990 Revised - April 27, 1990 This project will be administered by the City of North Olmsted. The W.R.E.S. Corporation will be available to provide consultation services during construction to interpret plan intent and answer any pertinent questions. IT TIME SCHEDULE Construction plans will be completed within four months of authorization to proceed. III FEE SCHEDULE We propose a fee for the above basic services of ten percent (10%) of the construction cost based on the final construction cost at the completion of the project. For billing purposes a preliminary construction cost of $2,000,000.00 will be used. This estimate of cost excludes right-of-way acquisition and building demolition. Eighty percent (80%) of the total fee shall be due for Plans, Specifications and Detailed Estimates completed and submitted to the City. Payments shall be made by monthly estimates submitted to and approved by the City Engineer as work progresses. If, for any reason, work on the subject project is cancelled, abandoned or delayed in excess of nine months (270 calender days) after completion of the plans and specifications, the City shall make full payment to the Engineer
