Any employee who qualifies for the benefits <br />under this Article shall not have his accumulated sick time <br />reduced because of a qualified accidental injury which occurred <br />while in the line of duty. <br />JURY DUTY LEAVE <br />ARTICLE XXVI <br />Section 1. An employee called for jury duty shall be <br />granted a leave of absence for the period of jury service and <br />will be compensated at full pay for absences necessarily caused <br />by the jury duty. <br />Section 2. Employees working the second, third, relief or <br />overlap shifts, will not be required to work on the day that the <br />employee is on jury duty and these employees will be compensated <br />as provided in Section 1. <br />COMPENSATION <br />ARTICLE XXVII <br />Section 1.
