jurisdiction in the premises shall have notified North Olmsted that it may not permit further connections to the North Olmsted Sanitary Sewer System. Any permit for the discharge of industrial wastes as defined by applicabie State and Federal laws or regulations ("Industrial Wastes") shall be issued only in accordance with subsections 2.05 and 2.06. 2.02 Plans and Specifications for Service Area Sewer Improvements. The Fairview Park Engineer shali submit to the North Olmsted Engineer detailed plans and specifications, indicating the locations of proposed connections, for any sanitary sewers to be cbnstructed or acquired by Fairview Park in the Service Area. The North Olmsted Engineer shall review those plans and speci- fications for compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and approve or disapprove them on that basis without unreasonable delay. No construction of such sewers shall commence prior to the receipt by Fairview Park of the Nortli Olmsted Engineer's written approval of the plans and specifications. The materials used in the construction of such sewers and the methods of construction shall be at least equal in quality to those required in North Olmsted's standard specifications fvr sanitary sewer improvements in effect at the time of submission vf the plans and specifications for approval. The North Olmsted Engineer shall have the right to enter upon Fairview Park propertq and inspect any Fairview Park sewer in the Service Area during or after the period of construction for the purpose of ascertaining that Fairview Park has complied, or is complying, with the requirements set forth herein. Such inspections shall be made at times agreed upon by the North Olmsted Engineer and the Fairview Park Engineer. The cost of such inspections shall be an expense of operation, maintenance and replacement of Joint Use Facilities for the purposes of Section 4.00. - 8 -
