` ; Page 25 <br />ARTICLE XXXIV <br />M <br />DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />34.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 1990, <br />and shall remain in full force and effect until <br />December 31, 1992, and it shall automatically be renewed <br />from year to year thereafter, unless either party shall <br />have notified the other in writing in accordance with <br />Article XXXI. <br />34.2 For the duration of this Agreement, all wages, benefits <br />and working conditions shall stay in effect as presently <br />covered under this Agreemen.t# unless changed in accordance <br />witii Ariicle XXXI. <br />FOR THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE EMPLOYER
