17.2 Any Fire Prevention Officer/Inspector shall receive $1,000.00 <br />armually plus Longevity, paid bi-weekly, for perfornance of said <br />duty. <br />17.3 Any Fire Fighter or Officer acting in the capacity of a superior <br />officer ahall receive an additional one and one-half hours of <br />Overtime Pay per shift. Such acting out of rank shall apply to <br />the positions of shift Captai.n, and/or Lieutenant at #2 station. <br />17.4 Fmployees scheduled to work an Saturdays or Sundays shall receive <br />an additional two hours pay at the Basic Hourly Rate of Pay plus <br />Longevity. <br />ARTICLE XVIII <br />PARAMEDIC PAY <br />Each ?ployee who is licensed by the State of Ohio as a certified <br />parariedic shall be paid a bonus oi $1,000.00, each year on or before the <br />15th of Decenber, each year. It shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis <br />for those who, during the year, retire, and for those individuals newly <br />hired or completing paraa-nedic training between Deceriber 15 and Deceriber <br />14 of eacn year. The provision of this article shall not be applicable <br />to the Fire Prevention Personnel. <br />ARTTCLE XIX <br />HEALUi BENEFITS <br />19.1.'Ihe Fmployer shall provide either individual or family medical <br />medical insurance coverage at the Employee's option for each <br />fu.Zl-time Employee. The Fmployer shall have the option of <br />seeking alternate health insurance providers or plans and will <br />attempt to offer at least two different plans. Basic <br />hospitalizatian will be consistent with and similar to those <br />plans offered on November 30, 1992. <br />19.2 Costs for the coverage of sinGle and family participants shall <br />be paid according to the following schedule: <br />Period If the expected cost then all single or <br />of single or family family Employees <br />e.xceeds shall contribute <br />1/1/93 - 6/30/93 $430/mo. $32/MO. <br />7/1/93 - 6/30/94 $450/mo. $34/mo. <br />7/1/94 - 6/30/95 $520/mo $39/no. <br />7/1/95 - 12/31/95 $560/mo. $42/mo. <br />-18- <br />_
