17.2 Any Fire Prevention Officer/Inspector shall receive $1,000.00 armually plus Longevity, paid bi-weekly, for perfornance of said duty. 17.3 Any Fire Fighter or Officer acting in the capacity of a superior officer ahall receive an additional one and one-half hours of Overtime Pay per shift. Such acting out of rank shall apply to the positions of shift Captai.n, and/or Lieutenant at #2 station. 17.4 Fmployees scheduled to work an Saturdays or Sundays shall receive an additional two hours pay at the Basic Hourly Rate of Pay plus Longevity. ARTICLE XVIII PARAMEDIC PAY Each ?ployee who is licensed by the State of Ohio as a certified parariedic shall be paid a bonus oi $1,000.00, each year on or before the 15th of Decenber, each year. It shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis for those who, during the year, retire, and for those individuals newly hired or completing paraa-nedic training between Deceriber 15 and Deceriber 14 of eacn year. The provision of this article shall not be applicable to the Fire Prevention Personnel. ARTTCLE XIX HEALUi BENEFITS 19.1.'Ihe Fmployer shall provide either individual or family medical medical insurance coverage at the Employee's option for each fu.Zl-time Employee. The Fmployer shall have the option of seeking alternate health insurance providers or plans and will attempt to offer at least two different plans.
