$580 per month for the period July 1, 1994 through June 30, <br />1995 for employees subscribing to the family plan <br />$195 per month for the period July 1, 1994 through June 30, <br />1995 for employees subscribing to the single plan <br />Those employees subscribing to any other plan(s) offered <br />that have different plan year startinq and ending periods shall <br />be subject to all terms and conditions described within this <br />article. The only exception will be the plan. year starting and <br />ending period (example: for employees having a plan year from <br />December 1st through November 30th, those dates will apply <br />instead of the dates in this section above). <br />Any co-payments or changes the employer adopts pursuant to <br />this section shall not exceed those included in the addendum <br />attached to this agreement. <br />Section 7: The employer shall attempt to secure Internal <br />Revenue Service approval to take employee contributions to health <br />insurance from gross (pre-tax) wages. <br />ARTICLE 26: JURY OR WITNESS PAY <br />Section 1: An employee called for jury duty shall be <br />granted a leave of absence for the period of jury service and <br />will be compensated at full pay for absences necessarily caused <br />by the jury duty. An employee who is required to be absent from <br />scheduled work to serve as a witness called by a party in <br />litigation will be paid for time lost from scheduled straight <br />time work. An employee who is called as a witness due to his <br />part-time employment in the area of public or private law <br />enforcement shall not receive witness pay from the City. <br />35
