At the start of the project, the Project <br />Manager enters a financial projection for the project in PIMS to forecast <br />costs by task over the subsequent six months. Most often the schedule <br />and cost control are combined so that the joint progress can be moni- <br />tored. As the project progresses, progress reports are updated semi <br />monthly by project leaders, submitted to the Project Manager for review, <br />and revised as necessary by project demands.
