(J) F1,i11 time employees who have completed ten full years of employment <br />are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall be taken <br />during the eleventh year of employment. <br />(K) Full time employees who have completed eleven full years of <br />employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the twelfth year of employment. <br />(L) F1.i11 time employees who ha.ve completed twelve full years of <br />employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the thirteenth year of enployment. <br />(M) Full time employees who have completed thirteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the fourteenth year of employment. <br />(N) Full time employees who have completed fourteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to four weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the fifteenth year of ernployment. <br />(0) Full time employees who have completed fifteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; sa.id vacation shall <br />be taken during the sixteenth year of employment. <br />(P) Full time employees who have completed sixteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the seventeenth year of employment. <br />(Q) Full time employees who have completed seventeen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the eighteenth year of employment. <br />(R) Full time employees who have completed eighteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during the nineteenth year of employment. <br />(S) Full time employees who have completed nineteen full years of <br />employment are entitled to five 'weeks vacation; said vacation shall <br />be taken during and after the twentieth year of employment. <br />(T) Full time employees who have completed twenty years through <br />infinity are entitled to six weeks vacation; said vacation shall be <br />taken during the twenty first year and all subsequent years <br />thereafter. <br />Section 23.03. Any employee who resigns without giving at least ten <br />(10) working days written notice to the Transit Department shall forfeit any <br />unused vacation and holidays, or pay in lieu thereof. _ <br />Section 23.04. If an employee is terminated (voluntarily or <br />involuntarily, other than for disciplinary reasons) prior to taking his <br />vacation and has completed one (1) year of employment with the City, he <br />shall receive the pro-rated portion of any accrued but Unused vacation at <br />the time of separation. In case of death of an employee, the unused <br />vacation shall be paid to the estate. <br />Section 23.05. Any employee hired on or after the effective date of <br />this agreement who has prior full-time service with a public employer in the <br />State of Ohio, shall provide the employer written satisfactory certification <br />within 90 days of date-of-hire; to be credited with such prior service time <br />toward his vacation allowance with the Fmployer, up to a maximum of three <br />(3) years. A failure to provide this satisfactory certification will <br />require the Fmployer to not give this vacation allowance credit. <br />-18-
