ARTICLE XXXII <br />LONGEVITY <br />Section 32.01. Full-time hourly employees shall receive the <br />following sums as increrients for the years of full-time continuous <br />service with the Fmployer. For longevity purposes only full-time - <br />continuous service with the NOMBL shall be considered. <br />(a) After 5 years, prior to December lst. $400 per year <br />(b) After 10 years, prior to December lst. $600 per year <br />(c) After 20 years, prior to December lst. $800 per year <br />(d) After 25 years, prior to December lst. $900 per year <br />Section 32.02. The longevity pa.yment shall be made in December of <br />each year, based upon employees who ha.ve completed continuous service <br />prior to December lst of the payment year. <br />Section 32.03. In order for the employee to be eligible for One <br />Hundred Percent (100%) longevity of the above longevity payment, the <br />employee must have Grorked for at least Ztao Hundred Forty Nine (249) days <br />during the longevity year, which is considered as December 1 to November <br />30 and also be actively employed on December lst of the payment year. <br />Worked days include vacation days, paid holidays and complete days <br />worked; it excludes paid sick leave days; however it will include Major <br />Illness paid sick leave days. (Ma.jor Illness is defined as the use of <br />sick leave by the enployee for his surgery, broken bones, <br />hospitalizatian or recuperation of the afore mentioned illnesses.) If <br />the employee works less than 249 days then the longevity payment shall <br />be pro-rated as follows: <br />200 to 248 days 75% <br />152 to 199 days SO% <br />151 days or less 0% <br />Section 32.04. As an exception to Section 32.03 above, any full- <br />time employee who retires and receives a pension, or dies prior to <br />December lst of the payment year shall be eligible to receive a <br />longevity payment for that year based upon the proration schedule set <br />forth above. <br />Section 32.05. Al1 full-time employees hired full-time after November 30, <br />1991 shall not be eligible for any of the afore stated longevity <br />benefits. <br />ARTICLE XXXIII <br />OVERTIr1E <br />Section 33.01. Overtime pa.y for all employees except those in the <br />classification of bus driver shall be at the rate of time and one-half <br />for a11 hours worked in excess of eights (8) hours in one da,y or forty <br />(40) hours in one week. Hours worked sha.ll include vacation time and <br />paid holiday time in addition to the time actually worked. Overtime <br />will be paid to the nearest minute. <br />-26-
