Section 33.02. Overtime pay for employees in the classification of bus <br />driver shall be in accordance with the GCRTA route schedules and past <br />Employer practices. <br />Section 33.03. In the computation of weekly overtime, for all <br />employees, recognized holidays shall be considered as time worked, except <br />where the holiday coincides with the scheduled da,y off of the employee. <br />Section 33.04. Any full-time maintenance employee who is called in for <br />overtime work shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of overtime <br />pay. <br />Section 33.05. Any full-time operator who is called or scheduled for <br />overtime work an his day off, shall be guaranteed a minimtun of four (4) <br />hours of overtime pay. <br />Section 33.06. When an employee agrees to work on his scheduled da.y <br />off, he shall be paid at the overtime rate of time and one-half. <br />Section 33.07. Any extra operator overtime work not assigned (after <br />assignment to extra list and miss operators) sha.ll be presented, if in <br />excess of three hours and fifteen minutes (3:15), according to Appendix C-l. <br />Section 33.08. No employee shall be required to work overtime. For <br />all eqnployees, except operators, who are offered overtime and for any reason <br />refuse or fail to work, shall be credited with the overtime as if he had <br />worked, for the purpose of distribution. In the case of bus operators on <br />Holiday situations, the last five (5) in seniority cannot waive overtime. <br />The NOMBL shall ma,intain a list, by classification (excluding operators), <br />showirxg the overtime hours of each employee. All overti.me hours shall be <br />recorded an a daily ba.sis. The overtime list shall be posted at a wurk <br />location in the garage and shall be kept current, on a daily basis. This <br />overtime list is continuous and sha.ll not staxt over at the first of the <br />year. <br />ARTICLE XXXIV <br />WAGE INCREASES <br />Section 34.01.
