Section 7: INSPECTION 4F PRTYATE SE4dAGE DISP4SAZ SYSTEK• A pexmit for a private sewage disposal system shall aot become effective until the inatallatim ie completed to the satisfaetim of the Sersriee Director. He shall be a].lawed to inspect the kork at any sta,ge of constructim and, in auy event, the applicant far the perm3t shall notify the Service Direotor when the work is ready for final inapection, and before aay underground prnctiona are covered. The inspection shall be made within forty-eight (48) hoctrs of the receipt of notice by the Service I3irector, Sectim 8s COMPLIANCP WITH STATE HEALTH REGULATIONS.
