Section 10: OPERATING ?'?.'ENSE OF PRIVATE SEWAGE DISP0.SAL 3YSTEM. The owner shall aperate and maintain the private sewags disposal far,ilitiea in a sanitary manner at all times., at na expense to the City. Section 11: 3EWER GQNNECTIONS; PERrflfi; FhE (a) DTo unauthorized person shall uncover., make any connections with or opening intot uxsep al.ter., or disturb ary public aewer or appurtenarlce thereof without having f irst obtained a permi.t from the Bvilding Depart- ment of the City of North Q].tr+sted to perform such work. (b) There sha11 be ane (1) class of building smmr permit applicable to all types of sanitary sewer serviee ineluding residential' commercial and industrial waetess. All permits sha11 be issued by the Building De]?wt- ment of the City of North Olmsted and a pexrnit fee is hereby established of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for each permit.
