Section ls: SPECTFICATIQNS AND LAYING. Section 16: IATSPECTIQN. The applicant for the building sewer permit shall notify the Service Director twenty-four (24) hours before comaencenterat of construction of said building sewer. The construction of the building sewer and the connection to the public sewer s na1.l be made urider the supervision of the Service Dixector or his representative. Section 17: PROTECTiOAT OF EXCAVATIQNS. A]1 excavations for building sewer in,.atallations shall be adequately guarded with barricades and lights so as to protect the public from hazard. Streets, sidewalks, parkways and other public property disturbed in the cou:se of the work shall he restored in a ma.nner satis- faetory to the Citp Engineer. Section 1$: STORM WATER NOT TO DRAIN INTO SAIdITAR.Y 0WFR; CCMBINED SE'WERS. No person shall discharge or cause to be diacharged ariy storm water, surface water, ground water, roof run-aff, subsurfaee drsinage' cooling water or nnpo3..l.uted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer. Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharges to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers, or to a natural outlet approved by the Service Director. Industrial cooli.ng water or urigoZluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the service Director, to a storm sewer or natural outlet. No person shall discharge or cansa to be discharged any sewage into any stom sewer. Section 19: EXCLUDID WASTES; LIMLTS. Except as hereinafter provideds na persons firm or corporation shall discharge or cause to be discharged any of t,he following described waters or wastes to any public sewer:
