PAGE 3. <br />Rule 150 - All members of the Departmer_t wi1.l be required tc keep their <br />personst uniforms, and equipment in a neat condition and in perfect <br />order and repairo <br />Rule 16. -- All members of 'Llhe Department when on duty and in unifcrm <br />shall wear the badgey over the left breast where it is readily visibl.e. <br />Rule 17e - No member of the Department shall smoke while making an <br />inspection. <br />Rule 18. - Al1 members of the Department will be required to give imraed?,.- <br />ate obedience to every lawful order that may be given to them by a <br />Superior Officer, whenever assigned to any special duty, other than <br />their regular duties, they shall be prompt in compliance with such order, <br />Rule lq. - On all accasions when members of the Fire Department are to <br />set in concert, the ranking officer shall take command and march his <br />men in miliiary order. <br />Rule 20, - Reports must be in writing as hereinafter pravided and must <br />? oe made out by the officer, fireman, or employee of the Depa'rtment before <br />reporting off -duty; provided, however, it shall be the duty of any <br />-- officer, fireman, or employee of the Department to make are!Port of any <br />act or event observed by him or her or known to him necessitating a <br />report upon his next arrival at the stution. <br />Rule 21., - The Full name shall be written a.nd the rank affixed to &:L1 <br />t,ire records, reports or communications by members of the Departmen+, <br />;ule 22„ - Courtesy of demeanor among a1.1 members of the Fire Departmenr, <br />as weli as respect to Officers, is indispensable to discipline, Respect <br />zo Superior Cfficers will not be confined to obedience when on active <br />duty only, but shall be maintained on all occasions.
