Page 4, <br />Rule 27. - All communications sent to other rire Departments on public <br />business shall be sent by tne Chief of Fire, or by and with his conseut, <br />and all matters comin$ to this Department from other Fire Departments <br />shall be addressed to the Chie f of Fi-re and shall be given to the pxoper <br />- officers with instructions. They shall be returned by suc-h__pfficer to <br />the Chief of Fire, with a report in writing of the action taken. <br />Rule 28. - No member shall communicate, except to such persons as <br />directed by his superior, any information respecting orders he may have <br />received or any regulation that may be made for the government of the <br />Fire Department, <br />Rule 29, - Members will avoid all religious or political discussions. <br />They shall not interfere in, nor make use of the influence of their <br />office in elections, but may quietZy exercise the right of suffrage. <br />Rule 30, - No member of the Department shall serve on a jury, nor be <br />a member of or representative of any political or partisan conventior... <br />No member snall participate in the nomination or lection of any candi•- <br />date or candidates to any appointive position or elective public office, <br />board, or commission in the City of North 0lmsted.
