Ch. 339 <br />Truck parking in residential districts -see TRAF. 351.11 <br />341.01 REQUIREMENTS FOR COMMON CARRIERS. <br />(a) No person engaged in the transportation business for hire and operating motor <br />vehicles as common carriers shall operate such motor vehicle for the transportation of <br />persons, goods or merchandise in or through the City without first having obtained authority <br />to do so by securing a certificate of convenience and necessity from the Public Utilities <br />Commission of Ohio. <br />(b) No person shall operate such motor vehicle without liability insurance as fined <br />and determined by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. <br />(c) No person shall operate such motor vehicle without having upon the windshield <br />thereof, a print or stamp commonly known as a "decalcomania" placed thereon by the <br />Public Utilities Commission. <br />(d) No person shall operate such motor vehicle which is an authorized interstate <br />motor carrier without carrying or displaying in or on the vehicle, while operating in the <br />°~`~~ City, the evidence of identification or form of tax receipt issued by the proper authorities <br />`` of the State in which the vehicle is licensed as evidence that the vehicle is properly licensed <br />and qualified in that State. <br />
