CROSS REFERENCES Division into wards -see Ohio R. C . 731.06 Voting precincts -see Ohio R.C. 3501.18 105.01 CITY DIVIDED INTO FOUR WARDS. The City of North Olmsted, Ohio, is hereby subdivided into four wards which are equal in number to the members of Council who are hereafter to be elected from wards according to law. The four wards are hereby created and established in this City and the boundaries thereof shall be such as are hereinafter set forth. which boundaries are so fixed as that each ward shall contain as nearly as practicable, an equal number of inhabitants. (a) Ward 1. The first ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: F,.. Bounded on the West and North by the. Westerly and Northerly lines of the City of North Olmabed; on the East by the center line of Canterbury Roars and on the Southeast by the center line of Lorain Road, and being all of the City of North Olmsted laying north of Lorain Road and west of Canterbury Road. (b) Ward 2. The second waxd shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: Bounded on the Weat by the center line of Canterbury Road and the Westerly line of Original Dover Township Lots Nos. 28 and 39; on the North by the Northerly line of the City of North Olmsted; on the east by the easterly line of North Olmsted and on the southeast by the center line of Lorain Road, and being all of the City of North Olmsted laying east of Canterbury Road and North of Lorain Road.
