105.02 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 8 (c) Ward 3. The third ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of the City of North Olmsted; thence northerly along the westerly City line to the center line of Lorain Road; thence Easterly along said center line of Lorain Road to its point of intersection with the center line of Dover Center Road; thence Southerly along said center line of Dover Center Road to its intersection with the center line of Butternut Ridge Road; thence Southeasterly along said center line of Butternut Ridge Rgad to its point of intersection with the center line of Fitch Road; thence Southerly along said center line of Fitch Road to the Southerly line of the City of North Olmsted; thence Westerly and Southerly along the Southerly and Easterly lines of North Olmsted to the Southwesterly corner of said City and the place of begin- ning and being all of the City of North Olmsted laying South of Lorain Road and Butternut Ridge Road and West of Dover Center Road and Fitch Road. (d) Ward 4. The fourth ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the center line of Fitch Road at its point of intersection with the Southerly line of the City of North Olmsted; thence Northerly along the center of Fitch Road to the center of Butternut Ridge Road; thence Northwesterly along the center of Butternut Ridge Road to the center of Dover Center Road; thence Northerly along the center of Dover Center Road to the center of Lorain Road; thence Northeasterly along the center of Lorain Road to the easterly City Line; thence Southerly and Westerly along the Easterly and Southerly lines of the City of North Olmsted to the place of beginning and being all of the City of North Olmsted laying south of Lorain Road and East of Dover Center Road and Fitch Road. (Ord. 949. Passed 3-4-52.) 105.02 BOUNDARIES REAFFIRMED. The boundaries of the four wards heretofore established by Council are hereby deter- mined to contain as nearly as practicable an equal number of inhabitants and therefore shall not be changed as the result of the certification by the Secretary of State of Ohio following the 1960 Census. The wards heretofore established are equal in number to the members of Council who are to be elected from wards according to law, and the existing wards are so established as to now contain as nearly as practicable an equal number of inhabitants.
