Arty officer having an accident while operating city property shall <br />give immediately a complete detailed report to his superior officer, together <br />with names of witnesses and other necessary information. <br />Rule SS, All officers will be held strictly responsible for aqy arrests they <br />make. They shall see that the arsons who are arrested for investigation are re- <br />leased at the proper time or proper charges filed. <br />Rule 89, All officers operating police automobiles must observe all traffic <br />regulations except that in answering emergency calls khen approaching traffic <br />lights which arts red in the dir®ction in which they are proceeding, they will <br />slow down, and if the crossing can be made in safety, proceed. <br />Aule 90~ All police officers shall first get permission from his superior officer <br />as to the time and place for getting his lunch, in order that he may be called in <br />an emergency. <br />Rule 91.
