2~ <br />(f) COURT - An open unocc~.xpiec~ sra~se., other than a yard, bounded <br />on two (2) or mare sides by thc~ exj~erior wa?.is of the building, or by <br />exterior walls and lot lines <br />(g) COURT-INNER - A court not extending to a street or alley or to <br />a front or rear yard. <br />(h)' COURT-OUTER - A court extending to a street or alley or to a <br />front or rear yard, <br />(i) COURT-WIDTH OF - The least horizontal dimension of a court at <br />its lowest level. <br />(~) CURB OR GRADE LEVEL - The elevation of the top of the curb or <br />the established curb grade opposite the center of the building or portion <br />thereof under consideration. Where no curb level has been established, the <br />elsvati.on of the ground at the center of the traveled portion of the street <br />in front thereof, shall be considered the equivalent of the curb level and <br />where the building does not adjoin the street the average elevation of the <br />proposed grade line of the ground immediately ad3acent to the building as <br />shown on the building plans shall be considered as the curb level. <br />GRADE.-FINISH: Elevation of ground measured at the front wall of <br />structure, when landscaping work is completed. <br />DWELLINGSs <br />(k) ONE-FAMILY - A separate, detached building designed for and occu- <br />pied exclusively as a residence for one family. <br />(1) TWO-FAMILY - A separate, detached building designed for or occu- <br />pied exclusively as a residence for two families. <br />(m) MULTIPLE DWELLINGS - A dwelling designed or occupied otherwise <br />than as a one-family dwelling or a twa-family dwelling. The term "multiple <br />dwelling" shall be understood to include apartment houses, row houses, garden <br />apartments, and all other family dwellings of similar character, where apart- <br />manta or suites are occupied and used as separate complete housekeeping units; <br />but not to include hotels, motels or apartment hotels. <br />(n) FAMILY - An individual living upon the premises as a separate house-- <br />keeping unit; or a group of individuals living together upon the premises~as a <br />single housekeeping unit in a domestic relationship based on birth, marriage <br />or other domestic bond. <br />(6) FLOOR AREA- A floor space enclosed by exterior walls or fire- <br />walls, or by a combination of them. <br />(p) FLOOR AREA, LIVABLE - In all cases no area shall be considered as <br />livable floor area unless same is supported by beams of structual <br />strength of the kind required by the Building Code of City of North Olmsted <br />__ <br />
