Signs hav- ing their base structure located in the earth, or signs projecting from the fronts of buildings, or from the side of a building which has two faces adjacent to pub- lic thoroughfares, shall not extend beyond the property line. Section 7. APPLICATI ©F 61REA_,REGULATIONS. GEN_E~AL ~- (a) No yard, court or other open space, provided about any building or structure for the purpose of complying with this ordinance, shall bs considered as a yard, court or other open space for another building or structure. (b) In any District, yards or courts, even though not specifically set forth in the "Schedule of Height and Area Regulations" sha].]' be provided for a lot upon which a building intended to include living or sleeping accommodations is to be located, unless at least one window in each room wherein people are in- tended to live or sleep shall open directly upon a street. Section 8. FRONT YARDS AND STREET FRONTAGE. (b) Only one dwelling shall be constructed on a parcel of land having a Frontage of less than sixty (60) feet and a depth of less than five hundred (500) 'eet. Section 9.
