60 which one (1) or more house trailers used for habitation are parked either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any roadway, building, structures vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the faeil- itiea of such house trailer park, (aaa) HOTEL - MOTEL. A building operated as a public inn for profit, in which transients are lodged, with or without meals, and in which, as a rule, the rooms are occupied singly and not as dwelling units. (bbb) APARTMENT HOTEL - A building occupied more or less permanently as a residence in which rooms are occupied singly and/or as dwelling units, ARTICLE III DEDICATION OF STREETS AND ALLOTMENTS Section 1. An individual or corporation proposing to allot, or to dedicate to public highway use any lands located within the City, shall cause such lands to be accurately surveyed and properly monumented, and shall cause a plat thereof to be prepared accurately drawn to scale, on tracing cloth. Such plat shall describe the survey of lands subdivided and all pro- posed highways, and the dimension of such engineering line shall be indicated in feet and decimals of afoot. All mo~naments shall also be shown, The correct- ness of the data shown upon such plat shall be certified to by a licensed sur- veyor or engineer, and the lands shown thereon as highways shall be dedicated by the owners thereof to public highway uses, Such person shall also cause to be prepared profile maps showing the existing surface elevation and proposed grade of all highways, Such plan and profiles shall be filed with the Council, accompanied with a written application for the approval of such plat and the accep- tance of such dedications, (Sec. 1, Ord. 62, Sept. 4, 2.917).
