Section 1202.02 of Ordinance No. 62-33, entitled Uses Permitted, <br />which reads: <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Section 1202.03 shall be <br />permitted: <br />(A) Multiple Dwelling <br />(6) Park Commercial <br />(C) Administrative and Professional <br />be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Section 1202.03 shall be <br />permitted: <br />(A) Multiple Dwelling <br />(B) Park Commercial <br />(C) Administrative and Professional <br />(D) Class A Hi-Rise Residential <br />(E) Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional Use <br />SECTION 6. Section 1202.04 of Ordinance No. 62-33 shall provide as follows: <br />Section 1202.04 Class A Hi-Rise Residential and Class B Hi-Rise <br />Business Office and Professional as permitted uses. Such Class B Hi-Rise <br />will be permitted subject to ground coverage limitations set forth in <br />Section 1202.03,(6), (3), and Class A Hi-Rise and Sla s_~:>:t~l«R~~~ shall <br />be subject to the provisions of Chapters 1204 and 1205. <br />SECTION 7. Ordinance No. 62-33 be and is hereby supplemented as follows: <br />TITLE EIGHTEEN <br />HI-RISE DISTRICT <br />CHAPTER 1205 <br />1205.01 Preamble and Purpose. Consistent with a desire to maintain <br />a high standard residen ial community varied with complimentary support- <br />ing uses of property, to achieve better economic uses of certain lands, <br />to assure an earlier fuller development of the community for the purpose <br />of defraying the cost of improvements, and to attract businesses and <br />residents who will promote the general health, safety and welfare, it is <br />deemed necessary to create uses of land for Hi-Rise development. The <br />minimum standards for such uses are set forth in this Title. <br />1205.02 Uses Permitted. Two types of Hi-Rise developments permitted in <br />North Olmsted, as set forth in Section 1141.08 are: <br />Class A Hi-Rise - Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and Professional <br />No other form of developed land use shall be permitted in either of the <br />zones classified as such upon the Map which is part of this Ordinance, <br />but Class B Hi-Rise is permitted in Mixed Use areas. <br />1205.03 Development Plans. Plans shall be submitted and development <br />proceedings had in accordance with the requirements and procedures pro- <br />vided in Chapter 1204. <br />- 2 - <br /> <br />
