Page 2 'Full time employees of the Police Department having completed five years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional 396 of their base annual salary thereafter until.campletion of the tenth year of continuous full time service, after which such employees shall receive 4"~ of their bane annual salary thereafter until the completion of the 15th year of continuous full time service, and thereafter 5afo of their base annual salary until after the completion of the 20th year of cantinuous full time service and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base salary as longevity increments. ' In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of the longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time services but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion far part-time service shall not deprive any empoloyees of any other benefits which may be due them far part-time service as employees in either Safety Department. ' In addition to the regular base salary plus increment and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Police Department, including officers, shall, on their original appointment and during the first calendar year during their appointment, receive $i75, 00 clothing allowance and shall, during each calendar year thereafter, receiving a clothing allowance of $150.00 to be determined and disbursed by and v the approval of the Police Chief of the Department. 'For each full time member of the Police Department (excluding auxiliary police and school guards.) the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single person's rate per month towards the coat of Blue Cross Hospitalization premiums of said members of the Police Force. Any of the above, with the exception of school guards and auxiliary police, :hall, while on duty as plain clothes detectives, be paid additional compensation at the rate of $200.00 annually for all time spent as plain clothes detectives.
