<br />Section 339.06 MAXIMUM WITI~!'~I, HUGH! 1~tD LENG?~.
<br />No vehicle shall be operated upon the publis struts, bridges
<br />and culverts within the Municipality, wise width is grl~ater there ninety-six
<br />inches, including the load, except motor vehicles of the passenger bus type,
<br />operated exclusively within the Municipality, whose width shall net excetrd one
<br />hundred four inches, and except traction engines whose width shall not exceed
<br />one hundred thirty-two inches. No. vehicle unladen or with load of a greeter
<br />height than thirteen feet six inches shall be operated on such streets, bridges
<br />and culverts , or of a greater length than thirty-flue feet, except the semitrailer
<br />of a commercial tractor and semitrailer combination which may hwe a length
<br />not to exceed forty feet, also except motor vehicles of the passenger bus type
<br />with three or more axles whale length shall eat exceed forty feet and except
<br />grotor vehicles of the passenger bus type, operated exclusively within the
<br />Municipality, whose length shall not exc®eci forty-eight ~#. No commercial

<br />This section does not apply to fire engines, fire trucks, or ether
<br />vehicles or apparatus belonging to any municipal corporation or to the volunteer
<br />fire department of any municipal corporation or salvage company organised
<br />under the laws of this State or used by such dsperrtment or company in the dis-
<br />charge of its functions. This section does eat apply to vehicles and pole
<br />trailers used in the transportation of wooden and metal poles, nor to the trans-
<br />portation of pipes or well-drilling equipment, nor to farm machinery and equip~rrent.
<br />Section 6. There is hereby established Section 303.98 ('~apter
<br />i 30 3 , Title One of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled:
