a <br />4�} <br />C4 <br />�R <br />■ <br />Ordinance No. <br />By Mr.- <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING THE COMPEUSATION OF THE SOLICITOR <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, . State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. The compensation of the Solicitor for <br />the Village of North Olmsted, for the term beginning <br />January 1, 1950, shall be as follows; <br />For attendance at regular meetings of the Council, <br />advice and legal opinions to the Village officials, the sum <br />of 7%4- o_ _per month, payable monthly. <br />For services in the preparation of transcripts t, <br />of proceedings pertaining to the issuance of bonds or notes; t <br />for services in the preparation of resolutions, ordinances, t <br />notices, certificates, contracts, official documents and 1 <br />legislation; for services in the Mayorf s Court as prosecuting <br />attorney; for any and all services rendered in behalf of the <br />Village in any and all proceedings in court, either civil or <br />criminal, whether the Village be plaint if f or defendant; I <br />for stenographic services; and for all services not herein <br />specifically set forth:- such additional compensation as j <br />may be , reasonable, to be paid upon bills duly rendered. I <br />i <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure In that the same provides for the <br />usual operation of a municipal department and is necessary <br />for the immediate preservation, of public health, peace,- safety <br />and welfare, and provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />Of three-fourths of all the members of Oouncil, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage; otherwise <br />it shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest <br />Period allowed by law, <br />Passed: December i , 1949. <br />I <br />er`_" mayor <br />1 <br />s <br />i <br />
