i <br />Ordinance No. 792 <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />AN ORDIN AN CE <br />FIXING THE SALARY OF THE MARSHAL <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 16 That from and after the effective date <br />Of this ordinance the compensation of the Marshal shall be <br />Twenty -eight Hundred and Eight Dollars ($2808.00) per year <br />payable monthly, and he shall give bond in the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 2. All ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />Of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section 36 This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, safety, <br />welfare and property that this ordinance be passed at once and <br />.shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, <br />Passed: December 27, 1949. <br />r Mayor <br />_ <br />i <br />
