Ordinance No. 791 <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDIN AN CE <br />FIXING THE SALARIES OF EXTRA DEPUTY MARSHALS <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 10 That the compensation of the extra <br />deputy marshals, beginning on the effective date of this <br />Ordinance, shall be 61.40 per hour. <br />Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3, Extra Deputy Marshals shall give bond <br />in the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, safety, <br />welfare and property that this ordinance be passed at once and <br />shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: December 27, 1949. <br />f - wJ/7 LG.AA Yfif <br />__ Clerk Mayor <br />
