AN ORDINAN CE <br />TO AMIND THE ' ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY . CHANGING FROM A RESIDIN CE DISTRICT TO <br />A RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />LORAIN . ROAD FROM THE WEST LINE OF THE PROPERTY OF THE NORTH <br />OLMSTED LUMBER - COMPANY A DISTANCE OF 114 FEET WESTERLY AND <br />HAVING A DEPTH OF 400 FEET FROM THE'CINTER LINE OF LORAIN ROAD. <br />V7HEREAS application has been made to amend the <br />Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted <br />for the purpose of rezoning from Residence District to a <br />Retail Business District the land on the South side of <br />Lorain Road, from the West line of the property of the-North <br />.Olmsted Lumber Company a distance of 114 feet westerly, and <br />having a depth of 400 feet from the center line of Lorain Road, <br />and <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered <br />and approved said rezoning from Residence District to Retail <br />Business District of the property hereinafter described; now, <br />-therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />Of the . Village of North Olmsted adopted on the 18th day of <br />March, 1941, and amended on the 15th day ° of March, 1949, be <br />and the same are hereby amended so as to establish a Retail <br />Business District on the South side of Lorain Road, beginning <br />at the Westerly' line of the property of The North Olmsted <br />Lumber Company and extending Westerly a' distance of 114 feet, <br />and having a depth of 400 feet from the center line of Lorain <br />Road; and the Engineer be and he is hereby_ authorized and <br />directed to change the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
