Olmsted without having first obtained a permit from the <br />Mayor and having deposited with him the estimated cost of <br />repairing said work as hereinbefore set forth, shall be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall <br />be fined not to exceed $50.00. <br />Section 7. All ordinances inconsistent with <br />this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />Section S.
