Section 4. Thera shall be no change in the working <br />conditions or rate of pay in force at the time this ordinance <br />is passed without sixty dayst notice.to the employees of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />Section 5. VACATIONS All regular employees with <br />one year of continuous service shall be granted one week's <br />vacation with pay at the hourly rate.of eight hours per day; <br />and all regular employees with two or more years of continuous <br />service shall be granted two weeks t vacation each` year with <br />pay at the hourly rate of eight hours per day. No vacation <br />wage will be paid to employees who are discharged or who resign <br />prior to the vacation period they have picked. <br />In addition to the vacation provided for herein, the <br />following days shall be holidays with pay to all regular <br />employees with one or more years of continuous service, to wit <br />New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, <br />Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. <br />Section 6.
