Ordinance No. 76�' <br />By Mr <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE - ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio, three- fourths of all members <br />elected thereto concurring: <br />Section 1. That from and after the first day <br />of ' January, 1950, , the compensation of the Mayor shall be <br />4000.00 per year, payable semi- monthly, and he shall give <br />bond in the sum of 51000.00. <br />Section 2. That from and after the first day <br />of January, 1950,,the compensation of the Clerk shall be <br />04200.00 per year, payable semi- monthly, and he shall give <br />bond in the sum of `;1000.00. <br />Section 3. That from and after the first day <br />of January, 1950; .the compensation of the-Treasurer shall be <br />$720.00 per year; payable semi - monthly, and he shall give bond <br />in the sum of $4000.00. <br />Section 4: That from and after the first day <br />Of January, * 1950 the compensation of each member of- Council <br />shall be $5.0010-r each meeting, not Ito exceed twenty -four <br />meetings in any one year, payable monthly. <br />Section 5. That from and after the first day <br />Of January, 19500 the' compensation "of the Justice of Peace <br />shall b e ' the f e es ' of the office, and he shall give bond in <br />the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 6. That from and after the first day <br />of January, 1950, the compensation of the Constable shall be . <br />the fees ' of the office, and he shall give bond in the sum of <br />11000.00. <br />Section'7. 'That this ordinance is hereby <br />declared to be-an*emergericy measure, the- emergency being that <br />it is necessary for the daily operation of the municipal de- <br />partments of the Village and the immediate preservation of <br />Public health, peace, safety and welfare, that this ordinance <br />be passed at once and take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage. <br />1 <br />Passed: -July 12, 1949. <br />//_ <br />Mayor <br />
