Ordinance No. 76�' By Mr AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE - ELECTED OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, State of Ohio, three- fourths of all members elected thereto concurring: Section 1. That from and after the first day of ' January, 1950, , the compensation of the Mayor shall be 4000.00 per year, payable semi- monthly, and he shall give bond in the sum of 51000.00. Section 2. That from and after the first day of January, 1950,,the compensation of the Clerk shall be 04200.00 per year, payable semi- monthly, and he shall give bond in the sum of `;1000.00. Section 3. That from and after the first day of January, 1950; .the compensation of the-Treasurer shall be $720.00 per year; payable semi - monthly, and he shall give bond in the sum of $4000.00. Section 4: That from and after the first day Of January, * 1950 the compensation of each member of- Council shall be $5.0010-r each meeting, not Ito exceed twenty -four meetings in any one year, payable monthly. Section 5. That from and after the first day Of January, 19500 the' compensation "of the Justice of Peace shall b e ' the f e es ' of the office, and he shall give bond in the sum of $1000.00. Section 6. That from and after the first day of January, 1950, the compensation of the Constable shall be . the fees ' of the office, and he shall give bond in the sum of 11000.00. Section'7. 'That this ordinance is hereby declared to be-an*emergericy measure, the- emergency being that it is necessary for the daily operation of the municipal de- partments of the Village and the immediate preservation of Public health, peace, safety and welfare, that this ordinance be passed at once and take effect and be in force from and after its passage. 1 Passed: -July 12, 1949. //_ Mayor
