INN <br />Ordinance No. 768 <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONE MAP OF THE VILLAGE_ <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED.BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />A RETAIL OR LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED LOCATED AT THE SOUTMWEST. CORNER OF L(RAIN ROAD <br />AND WHITETHORN.AVETNE.. <br />V'JHEREAS application has been made to amend the <br />Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North <br />Olmsted by changing from a Residence District to a Retail <br />or Local Business District the land hereinafter described, <br />and -. <br />WHEREAS this Council believes it would be to the <br />best interests of the Village to rezone said property; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, be and the same are <br />hereby amended so as to establish a Retail or Local <br />Business District of the following described property: <br />Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and <br />known as being Sublots Nos. 23 and 24 in <br />B. J. Luceyt s Butternut Heights Subdivision s, <br />- of part of Original Olmsted Township` Lots <br />Nos. 21 and-22, Tract 6, as shown by the <br />recorded plat in Volume 99'of Maps, Page 24 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records; said sublots <br />being 'located at the southwest corner of <br />Lorain Road and Whitethorn Avenue. <br />Section 2. The Engineer be and he is hereby <br />directed to amend the.
