(b) Retail business, which is an enterprise . for profit for the convenience and service of and dealing directly with and accessible to, the ultimate consumer and being an enterprise not specifically mentioned as permitted only in a less restricted use district and not injurious to adjacent- premises-or occupants thereof by reason of emission of cinders, dust, fumes, noise, refuse matter, smoke, vapor, vibration or, danger to life and property. Inclosed roofed space accessory to a permitted use for,making articles to be sold, at retail on the premises. (c) Retail poultry business, either as a main use or as an accessory use, including the storage and killing of poultry or game to be sold entirely at retail upon the premises directly to the ultimate consumer, provided that the enterprise is conducted in strict compliance with the regulations of the Village of North`Olmsted and that adjacent premises or the occupants thereof are not injured by reason of the emission of dust, odors, smoke or noise., and provided further that the building in which the killing is done is a detached masonry structure having not less than 100 square feet of floor area and at least 10 feet from any other building or part thereof on the same lot'which is used as a place of human habitation, or a place where food is pre- pared, placed, kept or sold. Where a masonry building is used entirely for the handling of poultry, such slaughtering room may be separated therefrom by a solid masonry wall having between the two rooms only one opening not greater than two feet square closed by a self - closing window or door and located not less than four feet above the floor of the main building. Such slaughtering room shall be entered only from outside the building. In either case, such slaughtering room must,be used for killing, flicking or dressing only and shall be not less than 100 feet from any residence district or from a church, a public or private. school, a playground, a hospital, a library or an institution for dependents, nor less than 25 feet from the boundary of the premises upon.which it is located. (d) An accessory use customarily incident to a use authorized by this section."
