(b) <br />Retail business, which is an enterprise . <br />for profit for the convenience and service <br />of and dealing directly with and accessible <br />to, the ultimate consumer and being an <br />enterprise not specifically mentioned as <br />permitted only in a less restricted use <br />district and not injurious to adjacent- <br />premises-or occupants thereof by reason of <br />emission of cinders, dust, fumes, noise, <br />refuse matter, smoke, vapor, vibration or, <br />danger to life and property. Inclosed <br />roofed space accessory to a permitted use <br />for,making articles to be sold, at retail <br />on the premises. <br />(c) <br />Retail poultry business, either as a main <br />use or as an accessory use, including the <br />storage and killing of poultry or game to <br />be sold entirely at retail upon the premises <br />directly to the ultimate consumer, provided <br />that the enterprise is conducted in strict <br />compliance with the regulations of the <br />Village of North`Olmsted and that adjacent <br />premises or the occupants thereof are not <br />injured by reason of the emission of dust, <br />odors, smoke or noise., and provided further <br />that the building in which the killing <br />is done is a detached masonry structure <br />having not less than 100 square feet of <br />floor area and at least 10 feet from any <br />other building or part thereof on the same <br />lot'which is used as a place of human <br />habitation, or a place where food is pre- <br />pared, placed, kept or sold. Where a <br />masonry building is used entirely for the <br />handling of poultry, such slaughtering room <br />may be separated therefrom by a solid <br />masonry wall having between the two rooms <br />only one opening not greater than two feet <br />square closed by a self - closing window or <br />door and located not less than four feet <br />above the floor of the main building. <br />Such slaughtering room shall be entered <br />only from outside the building. In either <br />case, such slaughtering room must,be used <br />for killing, flicking or dressing only and <br />shall be not less than 100 feet from any <br />residence district or from a church, a public <br />or private. school, a playground, a hospital, <br />a library or an institution for dependents, <br />nor less than 25 feet from the boundary of <br />the premises upon.which it is located. <br />(d) <br />An accessory use customarily incident to a <br />use authorized by this section." <br />
