6. <br />"Section 190 SCHEDULE OF HEIGHT & AREA REGULATIONS. <br />In any District, the maximum height of buildings <br />or structures, the minimum dimensions of yards, courts <br />and other open spaces, and the area of 'lot required <br />per family housed thereon, shall be as follotivs: <br />In an "A" Residence District the maximum <br />height limitations.shall be 35 feet, 21 stories'. <br />In a "C« Residence District the maximum <br />height limitations shall be 60 feet, 4 stories. <br />In a Retail or Local Business District the <br />maximum height limitations shall be 60 feet, 4 stories. ' <br />In an "A" Residence District there shall be a <br />front yard, two side yards and a rear yard; the <br />minimum,depth of the front yard shall be,50 feet; <br />the minimum width of the side yards shall be 5 feet <br />for either or 20 feet for the sum of two; and the <br />minimum depth of the rear yard shall be 30 feet. <br />In a `t C" Residence District there shall be <br />a front yard, two side yards and a rear yard; the <br />minimum depth of the front yard shall be 25 feet; <br />the minimum width of the side yard shall be 5 feet <br />for either, 15 feet for the sum of two; the minimum <br />depth of the rear yard shall be 20 feet. <br />In a Retail or Local Business District there <br />} <br />shall be a front yard for dwellings, the same as <br />required in a «C" Residence District; two side yards , <br />for dwellings, the same as required, in a'"C ";Residence <br />District; and a rear yard for dwellings, the same <br />as required in a "C" Residence District. <br />The minimum lot area per family required shall <br />be as follows; <br />In an "All Residence District, one - family dwellings, <br />' 7500 square feet. <br />In a t'Ctt Residence District, one - family dwellings, <br />6000 square feet; two - family dwellings, 3000 square' <br />feet; multiple dwellings, 2000 square feet. <br />
