Retail or Local Business District, one- family <br />dwellings, 4000 square feet; two - family dwellings, <br />2500 square' feet;. multiple dwellings, 1500 square <br />feet." <br />"Section 28. FRONT YARDS AND STREET FRONTAGE. <br />(a) For a corner lot in any Residence District <br />or in a Retail or Local Business District; the <br />minimum depth of yard along either frontage shall <br />be the depth of yard which is required along the <br />same street for the adjoining lot; provided that <br />nothing in this provision shall be so interpreted <br />as to reduce the buildable width of a corner lot <br />of record at the time of passage of this ordinance <br />to less than twenty -five (25) feet; or to require <br />more than one yard, adjacent to the street lines, <br />in excess of twenty -five (25) feet in depth (or <br />width). <br />(b) Only one dwelling shall be constructed <br />on a parcel of land having a frontage of less <br />than ` sixty (60) feet and a depth of five hundred <br />(500) feet," <br />"Section 42. FOVERS AND DUTIES. <br />(a) The Board shall hear and decide appeals <br />do novo.and review and appeal any order, require - <br />ment, decision or determination made by the Administra- <br />tive Officer, in the enforcement or application of <br />this ordinance, and upon such appeal may, in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance, <br />reverse or affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify, <br />any such order, requirement, decision or determination. <br />(b) If after a permit has been authorized <br />by the Board, such permit. is not lifted froci the <br />office of the Administrative officer within a <br />Period of six (6) months from the date of authoriza <br />tion, then such authorization shall be.null and no <br />permit shall be used thereunder. <br />(c) The -Board shall fix »a reasonable' time <br />for the hearing of an appeal taken within the time <br />specified by its rules; shall give public notice <br />thereof as well as due notice to the parties in <br />interest; and shall decide the same within a <br />reasonable time. Upon the hearing of such appeal, <br />any party may appear in person,or by agent or by <br />attorney. <br />
