I <br />Resolution No. 1532 <br />By mr . <br />A RESOLUTION <br />ACCEPTING THE BID OF E. SMITH & SON FOR FURNISHING LABOR <br />AND MATERIAL FOR CULVERT ON SOUTH PORTER ROAD <br />VMEREAS E. Smith & Son have entered a bid <br />to the Village of North Olmsted to furnish the labor and <br />material for constructing a culvert on South Porter Road <br />in accordance with the plans and specifications of the <br />Village Engineer, in the sum of 1p418.00, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to accept said <br />bid; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br />of North 0lmsted,.State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the bid of E. Smith & Son <br />for furnishing labor and material for the construction of <br />a culvert on South Porter Road, in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications of the Village Engineer, for the <br />sum of $418.00 be and the same -is hereby accepted, and r <br />the Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with E. Smith & Son for <br />furnishing the labor and material in accordance with said <br />bid. <br />Section 2.
