Resolution No. 1531 By 11r . - -, A RESOLUTION REQUMING THE Oa+(NEMS OF PROPERTY ON CLIFFORD DRIVE TO REMOVE ALL OBSTRUCTIONS FROM THE DITCHES IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTY. TO PF.Ri,;TIT THE FREE FLOW OF VIAT ER-ALONG SAID STREET. WHEREAS the ditches along the sides of Clifford Drive are blocked by driveways which make no provision for water flow- ing along the ditch in said street, and 17HEREAS it is necessary that proper provision be made for pipes under driveways leading into lots on said street; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: Section 1. That all property owners on Clifford Drive be and they are hereby directed to remove all obstructions from the ditch in front of their property and to place pipes flow under driveways in front of their property to permit of water said the Village installed VillageEngineer. word: to be e done ,Section 2. That such owners be required to comply with the direction herein given within two w eeks from receipt of notice hereof or publication of the same as herein directed - and if the same shall not be done by that time, the Village will do the work at its own expense and collect the amount from such owners in the manner provided by law. Section 3.
