Said Commission may undertake for the City.Planning Commission of any <br />cooperating municipality the study, planning, mapping and other report upon public <br />improvements or the use of land within the boundaries of such municipality, the <br />cost thereof to be paid by such municipality in such manner and amount as may be, <br />agreed on between the Executive Committee of the Regional Planning Commission and <br />the City Planning Commission of such municipality. Any study, planning, mapping, <br />or other report so undertaken shall be an advice or recommendation to, and subject <br />to adoption by, such City Planning Commission. <br />Said Regional Planning Commission shall have all other powers and duties <br />now or.hereafter provided by law for'Regional Planning Commissions. <br />a <br />r <br />IV <br />f <br />i OFFICERS AND CO "APUTTEES OF TITS COMISS10N <br />i <br />(a) President and Vice President The President and Vice President <br />shall each be elected by the Commission at its regular January meeting each year, <br />except that the first President and Vice President shall be elected at the first <br />meeting of the Commission. Each shall hold office until the regular January meet - <br />ing next after his election, and until his successor is elected and qualified. <br />(b) Secretary The Commission at its regular January* meeting in each <br />Year shall elect a Secretary, who may be, but need not be, a member of the Com- <br />mission, except that the first Secretary shall be elected at the first meeting <br />Of the Commission. The Secretary shall hold office until the regular January <br />meeting next after his election, and until his successor is elected and qualified. <br />It shall be the duty of the Secretary to keep a full record of the pro - <br />ceedings of the Commission and of its committees, and he shall perform such other <br />s duties as the Commission may from time to time direct. <br />(c) Executive Committee There shall be an Executive Committee of the <br />Regional Planning Commission, consisting of the President and 14 members appointed <br />bY the new President and confirmed by the Commission at its regular January meeting <br />in each year or an adjourned session thereof, provided that 2 members of said com- <br />mittee shall be county commissioners; 3 members of said committee shall be citizen <br />members of the Commission, and the balance municipal members of the Commission, of <br />Whom one shall be the Cleveland municipal member. Provided further that the first ` <br />` Executive Committee shall be appointed and confirmed, at the first meeting of the <br />Commission or at an adjourned session thereof. <br />Each member of the Executive Cormittee shall serve until the next regular <br />uary meeting after his appointment, and until his successor is chosen and qual- <br />ified. <br />as All of the powers and duties of the Regional Planning Commission, except <br />°therwise provided in these terms of cooperation, shall be possessed and may be <br />eXercised by the Executive Committee, but subject to review by the Commission as a <br />whole as hereinafter provided. The action of the Executive Committee in respect <br />to any map, plan or improvement shall be the action of the Regional Planning Com- <br />mission unless modified or rescinded on such review. <br />x <br />r, <br />�. a <br />
